Glass Tiles – Rectangle 48x24mm, Rounded Edge (S0664)

These beautiful high quality large glass rectangles are perfect for making pendants or even handmade fridge magnets. They’re very easy to work with and the finished pieces look beautiful! The glass rectangle tiles are 48x24mm. The rectangle is around 5mm thick in the center and gently tapers to the edge giving you a beautiful magnifying effect without distorting the image at the outer borders.

SIMPLE PENDANT INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Glue your image onto the back of the tile using Diamond Glaze

2. When dry cut image to shape of glass

3. Gently sand any rough edges

4. Apply Diamond Glaze or 3D Crystal Laquer carefully to the back of your image (start from the outside and work inward) to create a doming effect

5. When dry (allow 72 hours) use E6000 glue to apply a bail to the back of your piece.

6. Thread through the bail either a snake chain or wire choker, and you have a beautiful pendant!
