Returns & Refunds Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your product you ordered for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in sell-able condition
- Downloadable digital products
- Digital courses or subscriptions
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email email@example.com with your order ID and the item you would like to return
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
Terms & Conditions of returns and refunds:
- Return postage of the item(s) will be payable by the customer
- Our standard shipping charges will apply to all product exchanges
- If the item(s) being returned to Glaze are damaged or lost in transit, we will not exchange, credit or refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the item(s) securely and to track the package.
