Returns & Refunds Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your product you ordered for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in saleable condition
• Downloadable digital products
• Digital courses or subscriptions

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Email admin@glaze.co.nz with your order ID and details about the item you would like to return for exchange or refund. Glaze will discuss your options with you.
2. If returning via courier within New Zealand, Glaze can provide a new, returning NZ Post courier label, addressed to Glaze, at current courier charge rates. Glaze will generate this label digitally when we receive payment.
   1. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
   2. Send all items back to us using the label provided

If not returning your item(s) to Glaze via Glaze-supplied courier label, please arrange a reliable, safe, and preferably tracked method of shipping back to Glaze.

Terms & Conditions of returns and refunds:

• Return postage of the item(s) will be payable by the customer
• Our standard shipping charges will apply to all product exchanges.
• If the item(s) being returned to Glaze are damaged or lost in transit, we will not exchange, credit or refund.  It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the item(s) securely and to track the package.
• There is no restocking fee for returned Glaze goods.
• Refunds or exchanges (as applicable) should take no longer than 3 business days to process by Glaze upon our receipt of the returned goods.
