We ship all over the world!

Shipping your order quickly is our first priority.  When your order arrives we drop what we are doing and start our picking/packing process.  We work hard to get your order out on the courier, or in the mail (if you live outside NZ) often the same day we receive it.  We are customers ourselves and know how important it is to receive those items as soon as possible!

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur – while we do our best to avoid them they are usually beyond our control.

 

Shipment to PO boxes

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes depending on your order.  Please contact us at admin@glaze.co.nz before entering your PO Box address for delivery. 

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will usually receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
